My Reading list for 2010

January 11, 2011

I’m a slow reader. I read regularly but don’t finish it fast. In average, I finish a book in every 2 months. Besides reading books and magazines, I browse through mainly news and articles in the net. 2010 was a busy year for me but yet I managed to finish some books. Below are the list of some of the books (excluding magazines) I’ve read in 2010 including the last one which just finished yesterday (Pour Your Heart Into It)

Jim Giraffe by Daren King (fiction)

The curious Incident of the Dog in the Night time by Mark Haddon (fiction)

The Chamber by John Grisham (fiction)

Freakonomics by Steven D. Levitt and Stephen J. Dubner (non-fiction, current affair)

The Tipping Point by Malcom Gladwell (non-fiction, current affair)

Pour Your heart Into It: How Starbucks Built a Company One Cup at a Time by Howard Schultz and Dori Jones Yang (non-fiction)

I enjoyed all of these books. If I were to choose my book of the year for 2010, I recommend “The curious Incident of the Dog in the Night time by Mark Haddon”. I like the writing style and the humorous of the story.
